For 28 years I have been in practive to help clients develop positive beliefs, feelings, and behaviors that serve to help them feel they are true to themselves, positively connected to others, can manage what challenges them, and live with a sense of respectful self-acceptance knowing they can trust themselves and life.

Because people have different styles of expressing themselves and learning, I utilize a wide variety of approaches: talk therapy, art, music, poetry, movement, sand tray work, and role playing, etc. Whatever we do is mutually agreed upon and developed. I see therapy as a growth laboratory for life.
I do brief therapy for current issues, and EMDR for trauma/changing negative ideas, feelings, and behaviors. I teach EFT tapping, and graduated from a 3-year program to develop human capacities. I've studied the new ideas about the brain and reality demonstrating we CAN live positively into the future.
