At the core of my practice, I am person-centered. I find value in the therapeutic relationship as the catalyst for positive change and strive to curate a non-judgmental, authentic and safe space for clients.
I’m currently in my last year of my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Catawba College. I work with teens and adults (ages 12 and up). My areas of interest include, but are not limited to, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, body image, relationship issues, and identity challenges.
