I utilize a CBT, ACT, & Gottman Couple’s Therapy approach that helps facilitate personal growth, self-esteem, connection, & confidence in expressing emotions & dealing with life’s stressors. I have also been trained under Brené Brown’s Shame Resiliency Model, as well as am a Gottman Level II Couples Therapist & Brining Home Baby Educator. I am EMDR trained
