While I see a variety of clients, having a wide range of issues and concerns, each of my clients come into session with a willingness to grow. My clients typically deal with issues pertaining to life transitions, self-limiting or negative belief systems, trauma, grief, relationship issues, parental issues, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and attention difficulties. Each of my client's are willing to address their weaknesses and problems in order to seek effective solutions. While I express deep validation for what my clients may be experiencing, I strongly advocate and push them to overcome and redefine their lives.
I live with the purpose of seeing and serving those placed in my care. It is my mission to see your struggles and empower your strengths. I believe that no one is destined to be defined and bound by their circumstances, whether they are internal or external. I use my training and experience to help you grow into the person you want to become.
