I use a Humanistic-Experiential Therapy approach to help clients achieve greater awareness in their lives. I am passionate in helping couples understand and resolve conflict and improve their relationship. I'm also specialized in sexual abuse/assault, as well as individuals and families working through grief. I also enjoy working with young adult challenges.
I use my training, experience, and passion to help clients pursue a healthy, confident, and empowered outlook for their lives.
