Making change begins when you feel safe, heard, and supported in your goals. With a collaborative spirit and empathetic presence, I support individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. I approach therapy ready to be a partner– to meet you where you are, to join you in navigating obstacles, to go at your pace, and to work on what feels important to you. My areas of specialization include anxiety, navigating health and physical challenges, parenting stressors, behavioral problems in early childhood, and relational challenges. I work with children, teens, adults, and families.
Good therapy starts with good understanding. Together, we’ll examine patterns, feelings, thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and formative experiences, and we'll set goals for change. I use evidence-based therapy practices tailored to individual factors, like developmental level, culture and lived experience, and the systems around you.
Starting a relationship with a new clinician is a brave and vulnerable act. While I hope that we will be a good fit, my greater hope is that you find the therapeutic space that meets your needs. I invite you to reach out for an introductory chat to help you determine if you’d like to try working together.
