I approach therapy ready to be a partner– to meet you where you are, to join you in navigating obstacles, to go at your pace, and to work on what feels important to you. My areas of specialization include anxiety, navigating health and physical challenges, parenting stressors, behavioral problems in early childhood, and relational challenges. I work with children, teens, adults, and families.
Good therapy starts with good understanding. Together, we’ll examine patterns, feelings, thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and formative experiences, and we'll set goals for change. I use evidence-based therapy practices tailored to individual factors, like developmental level, culture and lived experience, and the systems around you.
