With 26 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals, I use an integrative approach of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy that is tailored to your unique situation, personality, needs, and goals. I provide a collaborative space where we work together to increase self-awareness and create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
I help clients implement practical tools to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other difficulties. I also work to foster a stronger connection between the mind and body and work toward greater mental and emotional integration, balance, and healthier patterns of thinking and feeling.
In addition, I offer ketamine assisted therapy, a form of legal psychedelic assisted therapy, which recent studies have demonstrated as superior for treatment of depression and self-transformation (ketamine accelerates the ability to gain rapid insights and to integrate various parts of the core self). This treatment is not covered by in-network insurance.
