I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina with 10+ years of experience providing grief counseling and mental health support in hospice and private practice. During this time, I have seen an array of clients with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to burnout, life changes, aging parents, financial crisis, and even end of life planning. Some of my favorite tools include CBT and Narrative Therapy. Life is full of many different changes, losses and adjustments, and my goal is to assist others on that journey.
