I tend to be active in the session: listening, gently confronting, using metaphors and simply dialoguing with you. To help facilitate your capacity to be with challenging experiencing, we can pay attention to the here and now and to your physiology. And I often incorporate psychoeducation on communication, relationships and other areas, as needed.
I appreciate the complexity of each person I meet. It is natural that we will explore to the level that you are ready, willing, and capable in that moment. I like assuring clients that wherever they are is a great place to start.
