Being able to ask for help takes a lot of courage. So, first and foremost, let me commend you for taking these first steps in the therapeutic process. I believe therapy is important because while life can be incredibly beautiful, it can also be confusing, lonely and bleak. My job is to help you tackle the emotional obstacles that are hindering you from enjoying the life that you want and deserve.
I have specialized training in treating Postpartum/Perinatal mood disorders and have extensive experience treating anxiety/depression, attachment issues, grief and bereavement, OCD, and relationship issues . Patients must be at minimum 16 yrs old and I welcome patients of any gender/sexual orientation.
I offer virtual or in person sessions and am flexible to whatever works best for each person's individual needs. If meeting in person, patients are welcomed in by my well trained and extremely calm emotional support dog, David (picture included). Please specify if you have an aversion or allergy to dogs so that I can accomodate needs as necessary.
