My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic techniques. I also offer support for parents and caregivers who want to understand their relational patterns with their children while doing their own inner work, as well as those processing the emotional complexity that can arise around childbirth.
