Processing thoughts are just as important in our work together as exploring where you hold your emotions in your body, learning how to use breath to shift emotions, and using your own body's energy system to help yourself heal. I combine the most cutting-edge scientifically based somatic healing techniques with metaphysical practices such as soul retrieval.
