Trauma profoundly influences our lens on the world and impacts emotional, physical, and mental well-being. I take an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic and systems perspectives to support understanding of internal experiences and their relational contexts. I create a supportive space for clients to reflect and process their experiences, while drawing on their inherent ability to heal and grow. Together, we use a bottom-up/top-down approach to process past experiences for a more connected and grounded future. I work with individuals and couples, and offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and Imago couples therapy.
KAP augments talk therapy to uncover your inner intelligence and inherent resilience to process difficult life experience. Combined with psychotherapy, the medicine increases propensity to make meaningful change in thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional health—a powerful tool for clients who feel stuck and need to be reminded that they are not broken.
