My approach is trauma-informed, CBT, person-centered, identity empowering, relational, and engages expression and the arts. Our process will be collaborative and interactive to whatever goals you define for yourself. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or relational stressors, I can help you explore your needs, motivations, and interests while supporting you in finding control within your life's story.
I won’t just validate you, but will gently challenge you with thought-provoking questions. I’ve worked with children, teens, families, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice. I'm passionate about working with folks in tech as well as neurodiverse, gender expansive, queer, and alternative folks. Your fandoms and affinities are welcome here!
