As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I work with teens and young adults focusing on healing and working towards internal liberation to enact meaningful change and support clients in living the life they desire. I pride myself on being able to connect with teens and young adults, becoming an ally on their path towards adulthood. My goal is to create a safe and judgment free space for clients to explore themselves and their most meaningful relationships and experiences.
As an attachment based therapist, I hope to create a safe relationship with clients based in repair, directness and honesty. I believe healing occurs within healthy relationships and are a platform to support meaningful work in our relationships outside the therapy room.
Because each client brings a unique experience to the therapy room, I strive to understand every system and identity domain (gender, ethnicity, neurodivergence, sexual orientation, etc.) that is significant to my clients lives. I am always looking for how parts of clients’ identities show up in the therapy room.
