I work with couples who engage in therapy because they want to improve their communication, avoid cyclical arguments, heal from affairs and transgressions, and find each other again. I explore, with my clients, the layered complexities of their lives (both past and present) and how they show up for themselves and their partners. We uncover unmet needs and rewrite the couple's cycle. Many of my clients aim to improve communication to discover connection and contentment.

I utilize multiple treatment models to create a unique and tailored therapy experience for each couple or individual, because I believe that your therapy experience should have YOU at the center. My masters degree gave me the core skills to start my work with couples and I've expanded upon that with additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
