Are you longing for more ease of access to your intuition? My role is to offer compassionate guidance in honoring your lived experiences while helping you peel back some of the protective layers to reveal your inner strength and wisdom. My experience includes supporting those with histories of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, complex family dynamics, PCOS, PMDD. I have specialized interest in supporting individuals who identify as highly sensitive.
My approach to therapy is holistic, intersectional, and trauma informed. I integrate mindfulness and somatic -based practices to support individuals experiencing chronic anxiety and distress. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I am a Level 1 trained IFS therapist.
Together we can create a safe container to be with and move through emotions, challenges, and successes. There’s even room for play and humor in the process. In a collaborative & nurturing space, presence can be cultivated to explore experiences, process feelings, and grow self-compassion. All inquires are welcome!
