I am drawn to supporting teens, adults, & parents who come from dysfunctional families–like alcoholism, domestic violence, or consistent conflict–because I’ve experienced it myself. It can be an isolating experience that follows you into adulthood and impacts that way you want to be as an adult or parent. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

I primarily work with folks who come from dysfunctional households due to alcoholism, drug addiction, domestic violence, and other forms of conflict. My personal and professional experience tells me that anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress can be a result of such an environment. Most of my clients experience relief from these symptoms within the first month, followed by continued improvement.
