Parts Work is often integrated into the process, as it allows clients to address and rewrite the unhealthy scripts, coping mechanisms, and behaviors that were created as a result of past experiences and internal conflict. My specialties include: PTSD, trauma/abuse, anxiety, ADHD, depression, attachment wounds, and grief.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I actively incorporate Parts Work/Ego State Therapy, as well as other therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My approach focuses on equipping you with somatic tools and coping strategies to strengthen the connection between mind and body. Mindfulness and self-care are essential for maintaining balance during the therapy process.
