Desert Insight is a group of licensed clinicians who speak English, Spanish & Spanglish! This includes 'talk therapy' and also EMDR which is different from regular therapy but it can be especially helpful for trauma, phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety.
We have over 15 years of experience serving the Coachella Valley in the areas of mental health and social services. We aim to provide authentic mental health services that bring about real change in real time. We specialize in perinatal therapy (support for MOMS!), EMDR and children/youth therapy.
