As a Latinx counselor, I offer a culturally aware, compassionate space for those navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about working with young adults and those who identify with the LGBTQ+ and Hispanic community. I use a trauma-informed approach and integrate somatic techniques to support emotion regulation and body awareness. I provide a space that feels safe, culturally sensitive, and grounded in compassion — where clients don’t have to explain or justify their lived experiences to be understood.

In our work together, we can explore the weight of expectations, cultural and sexual identity, and the emotional toll of navigating multiple worlds. At the core is a desire for relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of self, to heal without sacrificing where you come from or who you are becoming.
