With Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method, I help couples recognize recurring conflict cycles, rebuild trust, and communicate more effectively. I also draw from Family Systems, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to help individuals understand how past experiences and family patterns affect their relationships today.
