¡Llámame! I am a Latinx therapist providing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive counseling services in Spanish and English from a holistic and strengths-based approach. I am a registered play therapist and supervisor (RPT-S). I'm certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting.
I also have experience working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence, individuals suffering from adverse effects of traumatic experiences, children with emotional dysregulation and behavioral symptoms, and assisting parents in developing strategies to best support their child’s needs. My goal is to provide a warm, genuine, and accepting space.
