Together, we use Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside evidence-based somatic and nervous system tools like TIST, SSP, and Polyvagal practices. This holistic approach helps you safely process pain, restore your intuition, and reclaim an empowered life. I will help you to safely reconnect with your core Self and your authenticity.
I have extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and hold masters degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use IFS alongside mindfulness and evidence based modalities like Polyvagal Therapy, Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP & RRP), and TIST. I work with adults and couples and I strive to offer an inclusive environment for ALL.
