Often, we get accustomed to living within the limiting beliefs we have constructed in our minds. These limiting beliefs may look like fear, self-sabotage, and constantly thinking of the worst case scenario. Believing in a world where it's possible to shift from a mind that is used to imagining the worst possible outcome to a mind that is open to the highest possible outcome takes courage. I'm here to help you cross that threshold.
I use a trauma-informed lens, offering tools from several approaches including Mindfulness, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I want to honor the Latin community here in Pensacola, FL by supporting individuals through their unique lived experiences and reducing barriers to mental health services.

I was born in Brazil, and moved to the United States at the age of nine. Navigating a new language, culture, and identity at a young age deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, belonging, and the complexities of starting over. These lived experiences inform the empathy and cultural sensitivity that I bring to my work today.
