Moving from a mindset that is anchored in fear to one that is open to your highest potential takes courage. I'm here to help you cross that threshold.
I use a trauma-informed lens, offering tools from several approaches including Mindfulness, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I want to honor the Latin community here in Pensacola, FL by supporting individuals through their unique lived experiences and reducing barriers to mental health services.
