As an individual driven by knowledge, I believe vulnerability is both a strength and a tool for growth. Society often teaches us that vulnerability is a weakness, but I believe it takes courage to show up authentically, especially during life's most challenging moments. As Brené Brown shared, "Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage." I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward.

Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I incorporate evidence-based techniques, including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and other therapeutic approaches to help you build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

My training in Sexual Assault Prevention further informs my work with individuals navigating trauma, helping me provide compassionate, informed, and supportive care. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can work at your pace to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and help you move toward greater confidence.
