The evidenced based therapy approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy. I am a TBRI Practitioner and have a passion for working with parents.
