I am a licensed mental health counselor with several years of experience in private practice. I have been working with children, teens, adults, couples and families, accompanying my clients in their processes toward achieving higher levels of wellbeing and overall health. I am a mother of two grown women, I have a rescue dog and a cat, and I practice self care by walking outdoors everyday as I listen to music and enjoy nature. I am working on a couple of writing projects that hopefully I’ll share with you in the near future.

I specialize in CBT, solution focus, talk therapy, and I apply skills of psycho-drama and play therapy with my youngest clients. I have helped people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, acculturation issues, grief, academic performance, self-image, and LGTBQ advocacy.
