Suffering is inevitable. But you don't have to suffer alone. It's a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their time of suffering. My ideal client is someone who is feeling the weight of anxiety or depression due to trauma or major life transitions. I also support clients experiencing distress or conflict in their marriage or family. As we investigate issues of concern, I am intentional about understanding and incorporating my client's cultural, spiritual, and familial context.

I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a concentration in Addiction Counseling. I have experience working with individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance misuse disorders, and individuals experiencing trauma symptoms. I have also worked with couples facing relationship challenges and adolescents going through significant life changes. My goal in working with each client is to ensure the client is comfortable and confident enough to make effective decisions regarding the direction and outcome of their own treatment.
