Perhaps trauma, an eating disorder, or depression has made you feel disconnected, lonely, and empty. My work with individuals, families, and found families helps people to reconnect, or connect for the first time, with themselves, with others, and with the world around them as their true, authentic selves.
I work broadly with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I specialize in eating disorders including body dysmorphia, binge-eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, orthorexia, bulimia, and compulsive exercise. I provide eating disorder care through Farrington Specialty Centers. I also work with religious trauma and am LGBTQ+ friendly.
