Hi, I'm Kirsten Davis, licensed therapist and and fellow mom.
I work with pregnant and postpartum mothers who are navigating identity shifts in motherhood. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are beyond being a mother. In our work together, I provide a supportive space to process these changes and make sense of this transition. We focus on honoring who you’ve been while reconnecting with who you are becoming so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
I specialize in postpartum and perinatal mental health, focusing on identity shifts in motherhood. Through individual therapy and support groups, I help mothers process anxiety, overwhelm, and changing roles, providing tools and guidance to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves in this new chapter of life.

This therapist led support group is designed for moms navigating the emotional demands of motherhood.
