I have experience working in the field of Behavioral Therapy or Applied Behavioral Analysis of working with autism. I incorporate ways to help you reach your personal goals. My clients teach me what they have learned and experienced through talk therapy. They teach me that they are strong and courageous people that find the will and want to finding a meaningful life change.
My approach to helping others is based on their needs that have brought them to seek treatment to begin with. I have worked in an outpatient hospital clinic setting for younger and older adults, their families and those with dual diagnosis. I use CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic therapy to name a few. My hope is to create a comfortable and safe space for you.
