I provide medication management in conjunction with brief psychotherapy and life-style enhancement strategies, using an integrative treatment plan model for mental and behavioral health management of clients across the lifespan. Working together to create life- long strategies to help the Client be the best version of themselves.
During our initial session, is primarily information gathering and plenty of questions. I will obtain your history and discuss your expectations and issues at hand. We will then create a plan together, discuss medication treatment options, that address your concerns. A plan that will help to get your life back or perhaps even live better than before!
