While I work with most people who come through the door, my ideal clients are women, age 30 and above who are unhappy, stressed out, frustrated and who feel they are at a crossroads in their lives. They want change but are not sure how to go about implementing changes to their lives. Women who desire to live their best life now.

My practice includes work with families, couples, and individuals ages 3 and older. My office is small and I work part-time because I also teach at colleges in Charlotte and surrounding areas. My clients have told me they feel very comfortable working with me and they appreciate my direct and results-oriented approach. Although I assist my clients with a wide variety of problems and challenges, my specialties include play therapy, trauma, and work/life issues. I love my job and I am always happy to help!

Molly McDonnell is a Licensed Clinician Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. She had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, women, and families in residential and community-based settings on issues including anxiety, mood, trauma, conduct, substance use, and relationship problems before transitioning to outpatient therapy. Molly earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Iowa, moved to North Carolina to be closer to the mountains and the beach, and earned her Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Ashlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at East Carolina University. She is currently licensed in both mental health and addictions counseling and enjoys learning about the ways in which the two intersect in treatment. Ashlyn's background ranges from inpatient behavioral health to outpatient medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Megan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2017. Megan was raised in Rowan County, North Carolina. Megan has experience in working with young children, starting at ages 3 and up. Her passion is working with the "littles. " Megan primarily utilizes play-based therapy in working with children ages 3 to 10.

Nicole treats patients starting 5 years old. Nicole received a graduate degree from the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Master's Degree in Social Work. Nicole's graduate work focuses predominately on child welfare, specifically working with young children, young adolescents, and their families who have experienced trauma within their home. Furthermore, Nicole has experience working with numerous populations, such as victims of domestic violence, mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness, and those who are developmentally disabled.

Laquetta Evans is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2019. Laquetta prides herself in offering a nonjudgmental safe space where clients can be open and honest. She utilizes CBT techniques to guide each individual in seeking practical solutions to daily stressors. She actively seeks to assist each client to become a more stable and fulfilled version of themselves. In her free time, Laquetta enjoys crafting, thrifting, playing rugby, and anything that has to do with water!.

Stephanie McGee is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She has always had a passion for working with youth and families who have experienced various hardships in their lives. This passion has stemmed from her own personal experiences and the experiences of those around her. In providing counseling services, she not only takes into consideration the individual but also those closest to them. She focusses on how their experiences have shaped their behaviors and interactions with others.

As an eating disorder clinician, I work with people in all stages of their recovery and strive to meet my clients where they are in their journeys. I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling to heal their relationship with food and their bodies. In taking a whole-person approach by using behavioral methods of treatment, I work to uncover any underlying causes for the struggles my clients may be going through. I work with both adolescents and adults who are suffering from eating disorders, anxiety, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, OCD, and mood disorders.

I am a licensed clinical social work (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience working in many therapeutic environments. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety , adjustment disorders, relationship issues, parenting challenges, defiant childhood behaviors, ADHD and LGBTQ issues. My style of therapy is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, solution based, supportive and Multi-systemic Therapy.

Lynn Roberts, LCMHC Lynn Roberts is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2015. She has a Master's Degree in Counseling. Lynn believes that there is no adversity that you go through that is a waste of your time, if you learn from it, become stronger because of it, and use it to help others. In her spare time, Lynn is a licensed Skydiver and enjoys games, travel, and bowling.

I am passionate about and specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, including clients exploring sexual/romantic orientation, gender expression, and transition. I work with adults 18 and up. I have experience working with grief/loss, trauma, crisis, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance abuse, and PTSD. I am accepting and affirming of all genders, races, nationalities, ages, and abilities. I utilize a person-centered approach and an eclectic combination of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MBCBT).

Tracey D. White is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2016. She has an MA in Human Services – Marriage & Family Counseling and an MA in Professional Counseling. Tracey assists the client in finding effective solutions for managing troubling thoughts and emotions through strength-based interventions and cultivating resilience. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys traveling, walking, listening to Jazz, watching movies and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jenna Derderian, LCMHC Jenna Derderian is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2022. She received her BA in Psychology with a Minor in Human Service and Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Her education continued at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI, where she graduated with a M. A. Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling Program. Jenna believes in the power of planting seeds and promoting hope that people can change, grow, and heal. Humans are resilient beings that sometimes just need to know someone believes in them.

We are a diverse practice with locations in Lake Norman and Winston-Salem that provides psychotherapy in person or online, psychological testing, consulting services, and clinical supervision in NC. We serve children ages 3 and up, families, teens, couples and adults. We also provide educational consulting for 504/IEP planning. Our organizational consulting services help leadership teams grow and learn and our private practice consulting helps clinicians ready to take the leap into private practice. Our clinical supervision services are available to LCMHCA's, LCSWA's, and LPA's in NC.
