I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma, chronic pain, and grief issues in children and adults. With decades of experience working with families in many different life situations, I can help you learn skills to help cope with life stressors. As a national certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral therapist and an EMDR therapist, I am trained in evidenced-based therapies that will help your family work through difficult situations. I also treat adults struggling to adapt after the sudden, traumatic death of a loved one and adults who experience chronic pain.

My idea as a psychotherapist is to provide safe, comfortable & judgment-free environment for clients to work through issues. My role as a psychotherapist is to respect the goals that my clients come in with, and support the process of working toward these goals. I believe Psychotherapy can enhance one's self-awareness and the ability to recognize in one's own self-defeating and self-sabotaging patterns, and to change these patterns.

Greetings, My Goal is to enhance client’s ability to cope with everyday life challenges. I will treat clients based on their needs and will provide them with the best approach that will benefit them. "Live a meaningful life along with therapy." I provide services for Children/Adolescents (ages 6+) and Adults with mental health and substance use concerns. I am competent in theoretical approaches such as EMDR, Parent-Child Interaction therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy skills.
