The Mindful Technology Use Group
This 10-week therapeutic cohort offers a welcoming, clinically guided environment dedicated to intentional technology use and screen time reduction. Working alongside peers with similar goals, participants engage in therapeutic work to interrupt compulsive screen habits, ease digital fatigue, learn to relax, and rebuild the capacity for sustained focus and mental energy. By directing time and attention back toward actual priorities, individuals reclaim their focus and establish a realistic, long-term framework for living intentionally in a highly connected world. Enrollment is limited to eight participants. Next cohort begins: October 7, 2026
