Throughout my career as a counselor and former teacher, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working with people who know that they can benefit from having someone they can talk to about anything and everything, but I also love the challenge of helping people who aren't sure if counseling is right for them. Whatever the issue is, I want to hear about it and talk to a potential client about it, so we can decide together how best to move forward.
I provide traditional psychotherapy and can also provide counseling through a technique called BrainSpotting, a therapeutic technique for help helping clients with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other issues.
