About
Finding the right therapist can be life changing. I believe in working together as a team in a safe and non-judgmental environment to help create lasting changes. As you learn more about yourself, overwhelming patterns of confusion, negativity, relationship struggles and self-sabotage fall away, revealing your true self. My goal is to help you achieve greater emotional balance and well-being as you change old patterns and create new meaning in the areas of your life that aren't working for you.
I work successfully with individuals, couples and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships, codependency, addictions, eating disorders, trauma recovery and unresolved emotional issues.
As a Certified Imago Couples Therapist, my goals are to help couples improve conflict resolution and communications. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I offer ways to clear past traumas and facilitate lasting transformation. I also have experience and training in helping those affected by substance abuse reclaim their lives.
