I primarily utilize a Cognitive-behavioral/Rational-Emotive Therapy approach, which helps in developing insight into your own thinking and behavior. You are then able to change how you feel and respond, giving you a greater sense of control over your life.
I enjoy each person I work with, as each is unique and brings his/her strengths and life experiences to the process. Our therapy is tailored to your situation, beliefs, and goals.
