I offer my experience with EMDR to help resolve these difficult occurrences. With 19 years of experiences, 10 years being licensed I have helped many clients progress to a healthier live.
We all hit roadblocks at times to our growth and development, and need to reach out for help. My hope is to increase your ability to communicate better, with greater understanding of yourself you may be more able to state your needs & desires. I also offer help for individuals who experienced trauma, painful memories, difficult childhoods, and breakups.
