My approach is collaborative & supportive, creating a space of non-judgement. Methods used are based in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy models of treatment. I'm a licensed mental health counselor & addiction specialist with over 14 years of experience that I can offer to you on your journey. I work with individual adults & adolescents (ages 13+).
Treatment areas: depression, anxiety, adult attentional issues, assertiveness, codependency, healing from abuse/neglect, trauma recovery, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, substance abuse, life transitions, caregiver stress, job stress/burnout. I have a particular interest in helping people heal from grief & loss and support those recovery.
