It is my privilege to come alongside individuals, couples, and families in order to equip them to live the life they want to live. I consider the work in my office to be transformational, keeping in mind that it's all about what happens on the other side of my door.
I have expertise in anxiety and depression, trauma, and addiction. I am solution focused and goal oriented. To help couples, I have studied under John and Julie Gottman and have a Level 1 Certification. I have extensive experience in Employee Assistance Counseling, and understand the dynamics of personal and professional stressors.
