I provide a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful presence in order to help you achieve a greater sense of peace and acceptance, as well as a greater sense of control over the direction of your life.

I have found that a blend of mindfulness practice and cognitive therapy is effective in treating depression, anxiety,stress-related illnesses, emotional eating, and in facing life's challenges with a greater sense of balance and emotional steadiness. You will learn how to respond rather than react to stressors.
I also provide coaching for problems in dealing with chronic stress and with Adult ADHD.
