First, my focus is always on brief therapy that will allow you to face life’s challenges quickly and successfully with your newfound skills. Secondly, I always encourage you to look at positive changes you can make from this point forward, rather than focusing on the past. Finally, I believe that it is very important for you to recognize and focus on those issues in life that you have control over; while you learn to let go of the things you can't change
I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Consumer Science from the University of Houston.
Working together to connect your issues with my therapeutic techniques you can hope to find contentment and confidence in your life. Remember that although therapy may be brief, you may return at anytime for “refresher” sessions on an as needed basis.
