I love my work as a Life Coach and Encouragement Consultant. I bring to this work the experience and knowledge gained by a long career in mental health. I have over 20 years experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I was a community educator for parents and teacher and a school counselor. I co-founded, with Lynn Lott, the Next Step Seminars.
Over the years and still today my clients teach me about the beauty and resilience of the human spirit. I am always amazed. We desire meaning and belonging. We want to be happy, fulfilled, to find joy in everyday life. My job is to help you do just that.
