I come with 35 years experience working with couples, individuals, and adolescents. It takes great courage to take the initial step to enter therapy and to take responsibility for change. I am aware that everyone wants their story to be heard and I offer a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space to meet you where you are. I am of the perspective that we are more than our stories. There is a deeper truth to our beings and our existence that is yearning to be revealed
Our circumstances often create challenges, suffering and hopefully, at times, joy. Even though we are not always in control of these circumstances, we can learn to bravely look inward and identify our patterns and strengths. With this store of insight, there is the opportunity for intelligent and conscious choices going forward.
My approach is eclectic incorporating a variety of modalities. I am primarily client centered. My main focus is the relationship and allowing the vulnerability, that makes us human, to be seen. With this being present, we can let go of shame and isolation . I am honored to be of assistance for you on this journey.
