Many women live with an ever-changing check list of how they are to measure up in their circle of influence. As the list changes and grows, feelings of "I'll never get it right" can develop. The check list needs to be trimmed down to a reasonable level. I can help you with that.
I specialize in women's issues. I can help you set realistic expectations for yourself. I will help you understand assertiveness and how you use it to become your best self. I also work with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and disappointment.
