Hello and welcome. Seeking therapy is a brave first step. Let me tell you a little about myself and my practice. I am dually licensed in both addiction and mental health. I have 17 years of experience working with individuals who are experiencing issues in their lives that are a result of: alcohol, drugs, and other compulsive behavior, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem and self-worth, trauma and PTSD, abuse and neglect, mood and thought disorders, and codependency. My therapeutic practice is crafted to meet you where you are and to help guide, give a voice to, and empower you to heal yourself.
I offer a holistic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy that acknowledges the connection between mind and body. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and aims to uncover the root causes that are limiting you from experiencing a well-balanced life. There is no “one size fits all” approach in our therapeutic journey.
