I have been a licensed clinician for 25 plus years and hold Supervisory certification from the State Board of Social Work Examiners as well as the Association for Play Therapy. I am trained to use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients examine thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Using EMDR, I provide therapy to those who have experienced traumatic events.
Therapy is about relationship. It's about the therapeutic relationship between client and the therapist as well as the relationship between you and your loved ones. I understand the importance of parenting to improve your relationship with your child. I also understand the importance of communicating real emotions to help heal or improve relationships.
