For many years I have had the privilege of joining my clients in the process of change. I work with individuals, couples, and families. A variety of issues are addressed. Examples include depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders, trauma, adjustment to change, loss, and self esteem. I work with the effects of addiction on the family. Women's issues hold a prominent place in my practice encompassing the stages of a woman's life, hormonal changes and transitions such as girlhood to womanhood, pregnancy, motherhood, menopause and empty nest.
Utilizing various therapy approaches I believe in your ability to establish a strong sense of self. I believe that mindfulness of self opens the door to more effective relationships and the ability to define coping skills and boundaries that protect and make change possible.
